ProSource Leadership is a full-service training and performance management consulting firm that provides assessments, leadership and professional development training and coaching services to help businesses hire, develop and retain talent. In addition, ProSource Leadership helps clients choose their ideal careers through the use of sophisticated career analysis technology. ProSource Leadership is a woman-owned small business and is certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE).

Dr. Mary Lantgen is President of ML Consultants, LLC, doing business as ProSource Leadership. Mary is a former Army officer with over thirty years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility and leadership with the Navy, Air Force and Army. She also has experience in the insurance and retail sales industries. Mary’s career has centered on training, human resources, management and leadership processes. She successfully utilizes Harrison Assessments Talent Solutions for career counseling, pre-hire screening, leadership development and performance coaching. She is certified in several psychological assessments including the California Psychological Inventory (CPI 260®), emotional intelligence quotients (EQ-i 2.0™ and EQ 360™), and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI® and MBTI Step II®). She uses these assessments in training and leadership development programs, and has over 14 years of experience using these assessments with senior military officers. Mary has education and extensive experience in course design and instruction, and has taught public speaking and a variety of other professional skills for many years.  She designs and delivers leadership development, performance management, communication, team building and other professional skills training to meet clients’ organization or industry-specific needs. Mary’s degrees include a B.A. in Secondary Education, an M.A. in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling and a Doctorate degree in Education.

Franklin D. Pelletier, Executive Vice President, has extensive private industry and government experience. Mr. Pelletier practiced law in Southern California and specialized in Corporate, Real Estate, Estate Planning, Business Litigation, Employment Law, and Professional Malpractice cases. Franklin is a graduate of Loyola University, School of Law and California State University. He has been awarded the highest professional rating by Martindale-Hubbell, a nationally renowned peer-based lawyer rating system. For more than 28 years, he was rated and awarded the distinction as a Preeminent Lawyer (AV) for the highest ethical and professional standards. His professional background includes Chief Operating Officer of a real estate development corporation, and Chief Financial Officer of both a California real estate brokerage and real estate lending firm. He served as a Founder, Secretary, Director and General Counsel of a California-based savings and loan association. Franklin’s civic activities include serving as a County Commissioner in Los Angeles County, and election as Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem and Councilman of Westlake Village, California. He served as an Assistant Professor of Business and Real Estate Law at California State University for 10 years. He is a Past President of Woodland Hills Chamber of Commerce and the Warner Center Cultural Foundation. He also served as a Trustee of his local Bar Association. Mr. Pelletier handles the general administration, contractual arrangements, scheduling, and marketing for ProSource Leadership.

Rosemary Urbon, Associate

As a resident of Australia, Singapore, and most recently the United States of America, Rosemary has over twenty-five years’ international consulting and training experience in talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, succession planning, cultural transformation, organizational development and leadership development. Supporting fields of expertise include performance benchmarking, competency assessment and development, competency and values linking, skills gap analysis, engagement analytics, and development of customized individual development plans. She is accredited in a range of behavioral and psychometric tools that support the ‘full talent life cycle’, and is a passionate sponsor of the Harrison Assessments Paradox Technology™.

Additional areas of domain expertise include communication and negotiation, conflict management, cross-cultural integration, executive coaching, and self-awareness/ behavioral development.

Rosemary has facilitated intercultural workshops that focus on managing business relationships with other cultures to audiences in Australia, Asia, the United Arab Emirates, certain countries’ in Europe, North and South America, and Canada.

Rosemary’s education and professional development include an Executive MBA, a Diploma in Ontological Coaching, accreditations as a Results Coach, facilitator utilizing the Cultural Detectiveämethodology, Neuro Linguistics Practitioner, and an Academic Fellow and past Tutor to the Recruitment Consulting Services Association of Australia (RCSA). She has also completed studies in the fields of Conflict Resolution and Counselling through the Australian College of Psychology.
